After impressing on a boiler installation for heating the canteen at an RAF base All Seasons Hire were called back to site to provide two additional heating systems.
When a large RAF base recently ran into trouble with the boiler for their canteen area they were left needing a temporary solution until a new plant room could be specified and installed. The existing boiler failed suddenly leaving the canteen with no heating or hot water. All Seasons Hire were able to offer the shortest lead time for installation of the temporary boiler plant, attending site that day to carry out a site survey.
Following the site survey All Seasons Hire were able to specify the exact equipment needed, including all works that needed to be done to achieve connection of a temporary unit, and deliver a full quotation on the day of contact. The quotation was then approved by the customer for the works to go ahead next day.
Transport was arranged for an early morning collection from the All Seasons Hire depot, meaning the equipment and an installation engineer were on site first thing in the morning. The engineer was then able to work with the on site services team to have the 500kW boiler, including the 250kW heat exchanger for the domestic hot water system, up and running in time for the dinner service later that day.
So impressed were the site services team with the service provided that when a further two boiler systems began to fail All Seasons Hire were at the forefront of their minds for providing the temporary fall back option. As such All Seasons were tasked with providing two further boiler packages of 100kW and 250kW, this time as heating only formats.
